About me

HI, I am one of the Speech Language Pathologists here at Denton.  My name is Kim Scarboro. I graduated in 1979 and earned my master's degree in 1982 from Appalachian State University.  I started in the Davidson County School system and left when my son was born.  I did Early Intervention for 30 years and returned to Davidson County Schools here at Denton Elementary.  Since I've been at DES I serve some students here at DES and the Preschool which is located here.  In addition, I also serve two area preschools and South Davidson Middle and High School.
